Vicki
Chatfield joined Eldred Hospitality in November 2002 brining with her more than
25 years experience in the hospitality and food industry. Prior to joining the
Eldred Hospitality group, Vicki spent four years living in Western Australia
where she ran a successful catering business. Originally from Melbourne, Vicki
was the at one stage owner operator of the well known catering company named
Epicure Catering. For 4 years from 1983 Vicki used her organisational skills and
tenacity to manage the various demands of Epicure, one of Melbourne’s busiest
catering operations.
Vicki commenced her career in the food industry in 1978 when she was invited to join the first national food brokerage company formed in Australia, Superbrokers Pty. Ltd. During her tenure Vicki helped establish the administrative systems in 5 state offices. After a five year tenure, Vicki travelled overseas.
Renowned hospitality specialist, Tony Eldred offered Vicki a position within his organisation as Operations Co-ordinator — the role includes the financial control of Eldred Hospitality and Eldred Business Broking as well as the management of the national customer perception program. It is often touted by Tony that “Vicki actually runs the place”.
Vicki holds a REIV agent’s licence. She lives in Bentleigh with her husband. In her own time Vicki continues her love of cooking and entertaining friends and family.
