Oh, you know, use of tea/coffee making facilities and the ironingboard — it does include in-house videos too! But I didn't make any tea/coffee, nor did I do any ironing — I certainly did not watch any movies/videos. In fact I didn't even turn the TV on. Well, it was all there if you wanted it. Guest crosses out the total on the bill and puts in a figure $50 less than requested and then signs the docket and storms off through the lobby. Cashier notices $50 short and chases the customer and questions the shortfall. Excuse me Sir, but why did you change the total — you have shortpaid your bill by $50.
