INTRODUCTION

The following report is a developmental tool for helping the individual improve his or her effectiveness on the job. The report is based only on responses to the Service Questionnaire and describes this person's strengths and weaknesses when compared to others in a given position. Because no one measure can fully characterise a person or provide a complete picture of what to expect from him or her on the job, this information should be used in conjunction with other indicators of performance. Tailoring the developmental suggestions to the individual and incorporating them into a training program can facilitate adaptation to the demands of the position.
