One of the main causes of staff turnover is poor recruiting — especially among part-time and casual staff. Stable, reliable, committed staff can be found if you know how and where to look. We consider this to be the single most important of all the skills we teach — your business is only as good as the people you have chosen to run it.

The course addresses one of the common misconceptions hospitality leaders have — that they are naturally very good judges of character. In reality, very few people are. It takes careful training to learn how to sweep aside all the assumptions, misrepresentations and untruths you will strike while selecting new staff.
