Frequently asked questions about our public training courses

Q: Where exactly are your training courses held?

A: In Melbourne they are held at our training facility at Suite 1, 830 High St, Kew East, Victoria, Australia.

Q: What times are the courses held?

A: All courses start at 8.30am and finish at 5.00pm, with a lunch break from 12.30 until 1.30pm.

Q: What about parking?

A: There is ample all day parking near our training facility. Your course information details will contain a parking map.

Q: What about public transport?

A: Our location is serviced by two tramlines (48 or 24) and we are situated between stops 43 and 44. There are also four bus lines (200,203,205,207) that service our office. Jump of at the junction of High St, Doncaster Rd and Burke Rd.

Q: I’m from interstate — is there inexpensive accommodation nearby?

A: Yes there are a number of places to stay nearby. Our staff can advise you if you contact us and tell us what kind of accommodation you prefer.

Q: What do I have to bring with me?

A: We supply everything you will need during training. All you need to bring is a pullover or something to put on if you feel cold. You can either bring your own lunch or buy it from nearby businesses. Lunch time is one hour.

Q: Can I receive phone calls during the courses?

A: No, messages will be taken by the venue staff and passed on to you during the breaks. Mobile phones must be switched off while training is being conducted.

Q: What if I need to cancel after I’ve booked and been confirmed?

A: Cancellations prior to five working days before the course dates receive a full refund.

Note: If you do not cancel and do not show up, we will retain the full course fee, because at this late stage we do not have the opportunity to call on our waiting list and fill the vacant space.

Q: What if I’m late for a training course?

A: If you are more than 30 minutes late for a training course you will not be allowed in to the training room.

Q: Do I get anything to say I’ve attended your training course?

A: Yes, you will receive a certificate of attendance within four weeks of completing the course.

Q: What if I’m not happy with a training course?

A: We will refund your full course fee. All that we require is the opportunity to ask you some questions that may help us to improve our courses. (P.S. we have had this offer for twenty years and nobody has tried to claim it yet!). View our 100% money back guarantee.
