Field Consultant (HR Systems/FOH Operations)

Chris has been a consultant with Eldred Hospitality since 2010.

His role encompasses senior level recruitment, consulting and mentoring to senior managers of our client businesses, and delivery of training.

Prior to joining Eldred Hospitality, Chris had 15 years’ experience working in high profile hospitality venues in front of house management positions in both Melbourne and Noosa Heads. Career highlights include managing award-winning restaurants Berardo’s (Noosa Heads) and Oyster Little Bourke (Melbourne).

Chris’ specialist skills include development of systems that relate to HR management, wage control, beverage cost control, improving service, and increasing customer average spend.

When he’s not working Chris loves surfing and training for open water swimming. Chris is also a hack guitarist and occasional percussionist.
